Thank you for buying a Sego Home! We appreciate your business and strive to provide excellent service before, during, and after the construction of your new home. If you have a warranty request for our Customer Care and Warranty team, please follow the steps to log into your BuilderTrend page and submit your warranty item. Our Customer Care and Warranty team will follow-up with you.

Log into BuilderTrend using your Username and Password ( For help creating a Username and Password, please contact your New Home Consultant.

This will bring you to your personalized home page. Click on Warranty Items in the right-hand column.

This page will show past and current warranty items. To submit a new warranty item, click the green New Claim button.

Give your item a Title, provide a description of the warranty items, upload photos, then click the blue Save button.

This information will immediately be sent to our Customer Care and Warranty team who will promptly address your concerns.
