What does Healthy mean?
We want the air you breathe in your home to be cleaner, the water clearer, and the building products to emit fewer pollutants.  Our building features help reduce the allergens in your living space. In addition to a healthier living space, Daybreak is amenity rich with lots of outdoor activites for the whole family:

Does being green really help me or just cost me more?
Not at Sego Homes! We leverage the volume of our purchasing to contract a lower price and we pass that savings on to you.  And the benefit of being green is saving you money on your monthly energy bills. The average Energy Star home is a minimum of 15% more efficient.
